In your dashboard in Adapto, you'll find the Meeting condition widget (Dansk: Møde-status). It combines statistics on the quantity and quality of the 1:1 meeting held with your team during the last 60 days.
Each part of the donut chart shows data from one of your employees. Mouse over/click to see who.
The colours show if you had at least one 1:1 meeting with that employee during the last 60 days. It also shows if and how the latest meeting was evaluated by your employee. Aim for all green! Then you know that you meet with everybody on a regular basis and that the meetings add value to you team.
White: No meeting
Gray: Meeting, no evaluation
Red: Meeting, evaluation 1-2 stars
Yellow: Meeting, evaluation 3-4 stars
Green: Meeting, evaluation 5-6 stars
The evaluation is your employee's rating on reaching the objective in the last meeting:
The procentage in the middle of the donut chart indicates the general condition of your 1-1 meetings. Aim for 100%! Then too, do you know that you meet with everybody on a regular basis and that the meetings add value to you team.
White: No meeting = 0 points
Gray: Meeting, no evaluation = 5 points
Red: Meeting, evaluation 1-2 stars= 10 points
Yellow: Meeting, evaluation 3-4 stars = 15 points
Green: Meeting, evaluation 5-6 stars = 20 points
Calculation: Total points divided by max possible point (20 x the number of employees)
Example: 0 points (white) + 10 points (red) + 15 points (yellow) + 20 points (green) / 80 (20 x employees) = 56%
